I have a spare room in my apartment that I use as my home office. No matter where I have lived throughout my life, I have always made sure to have a dedicated space for work. For me, having a home office isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity. A space where I can focus, be productive, and, most importantly, feel comfortable while working.
Recently, I decided it was time for a refresh. My office had become a little cluttered, and I felt like the energy of the space needed a boost. So, I made up my mind to reorganize everything, declutter, and introduce some subtle yet impactful changes. The goal was simple: make the room feel more open, visually appealing, and, of course, more functional. I didn’t go all out with painting the walls or buying new furniture. Instead, I worked with what I already had—rearranging things, adding a cozy sitting area, and bringing in some wall art to add character to the space.
Now, I have to admit, this project took way longer than expected. Why? Well, if you’ve ever tried filming a makeover process, you’ll know exactly what I mean! Setting up shots, adjusting angles, re-shooting certain moments—it all adds to the time. But at the end of the day, it was totally worth it. The space feels fresher, more inviting, and just right for my workflow.
